| The Mariner's Chart maisonette
apartment is furnished and equipped to a high standard and comprises
the whole of the two upper floors of this lovely, spacious property.
The maisonette has its own front door and the stairs rise to a good
size dining / sitting room with lovely sea views and door to a small
balcony. The room is well equipped (Plasma TV) and also includes Laura
Ashley trundle beds which can be used as a settee by day and two single
beds by night. Bedroom Number 4 is a single with the same great sea
views and also has a door onto the balcony. The Kitchen / Diner is
of excellent size and equipped with a Rangemaster gas hob / griddle
/ two ovens, a fridge freezer, a washer dryer and a dishwasher (all
new in 2007). Bedrooms 2 & 3 are to the front, the former with
king-size divan and pull-out bed-chair (suitable for a child) and
the latter with twin slide-under beds. Both rooms have floor to ceiling
fitted cupboards in ivory paint finish. The Main Bathroom has a cream
corner bath with shower attachment, WC and vanity unit. |

| The maisonette is located in
a really beautiful area of Falmouth a short distance from Gyllyngvase
Beach and only a short walk around the coast path to the charming
Swanpool Beach and Nature Reserve. Quiet enjoyment of the main garden
to the sea side of the property is allowed. The garden is communal.
Please note that the warden has a small Jack Russell, Daisy. Parking
off road is possible for one vehicle. All linen provided except towels.
The maisonette is available High Season only - July through to September. |
